Stainsby Festival Terms & Conditions
- Stainsby uses an electronic ticketing system for all online sales. You will receive an acknowledgement of your Paypal booking. Please bring evidence of identity in the name of your booking to the gate to claim your festival wristbands.
- Postal, or in person bookings at our PrintShack outlet will receive a voucher to exchange at the gate for festival wristbands.
- Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn at all times. No wristband – no festival. Wristbands are void if removed or tampered with for whatever reason.
- Children 12 to 17 are at a special reduced youth ticket price both for sessions and for the full weekend when accompanied by a responsible adult at the festival. Youth wristbands will not be served in the bar.
- Children under 12 are free at our discretion but must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- Camping is on site and available for weekend ticket holders only on Friday and Saturday nights. We don't have room for caravans. Sorry!
- Weekend tickets are valid:
- Noon Friday to 10 pm Sunday
- Session tickets are valid:
- Friday Noon to midnight
- Saturday Aft 10am to 6pm
- Saturday Eve 6pm to midnight
- Sunday 10am to 10pm
- Ticket Holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival.
- Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and guarantee entry to the festival site They don’t guarantee entry to any particular venue or performance where numbers may be limited for reasons of public safety and/or licensing regulations.
- The festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute performers and re- programme in the event of unforeseen circumstances and will not be liable for delay or cancellation caused by events beyond our control.
- No refunds will be made after 30th June. After that date, in exceptional personal circumstances, ticket holders may apply for a refund, in writing, to the Trustees. Their decision will be final. In the event of capacity, the festival reserves the right to re-sell unclaimed bookings.
- The festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for unreasonable, abusive or dangerous behaviour and operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse of our volunteer staff.
- The festival is not liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles.
- No audio or video recording of any kind without prior permission.
- No stalls or market-sellers without prior permission.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory rights or can impose conditions contrary to your rights in law. These conditions are subject to English Law.
